SKV PR MD Andrew Spinoza is the region’s Outstanding PR Professional after the CIPR North West’s named him as winner of its special 2007 award.

The award recognises the contribution made over a number of years to the PR profession in the North West. The CIPR NW stated: “He has built an enviable reputation as a national PR agency.”

It was a night of award triumphs for SKV PR, short-listed for Outstanding Agency of the Year.

Account Manager Pete Wrathmell won Silver for Young Communicator of the Year. The judges said: “Showing enthusiasm and confidence on all levels, grasping opportunities to understand totally diverse subjects…Peter has a strong future in public relations.”

SKV also won Gold for its campaign for the Lowry Centre’s the Myth of the North exhibition. The campaign by Account Director Richard Bond was praised for “really connecting with the client’s needs.”
