Welsh operatic star Katherine Jenkins today announces her Winter 2008 UK Tour. Jenkins, who is currently on the stage with Darcey Bussell in the sell out Viva La Diva show, will play a 14 date tour which heads to Plymouth Pavilions on Wednesday 10 December 2008.

Katherine who releases her sixth album, a collection of sacred arias in November said "although I've loved being in Viva La Diva, it has meant that I haven't actually done a concert tour for two years. I am so excited to be going back out on the road with an orchestra and to be premiering some songs from the new album."

Special guests supporting Katherine on tour will be four piece Blake, who recently won the NS&I Album Of The Year Award at the Classic Brits.
