Returning to London's Excel Centre on 19-21 September, for the seventh successive year, the UK's largest dedicated property investment event, The Property Investor Show, is the ideal place for sourcing reliable and up-to-date property market information.

Nearly 300 exhibitors will be on hand to provide visitors with the best advice for investing in the current market, both at home and abroad, as well as providing guidance on mortgages, finances, legal advice, commercial developments and the process of buying and selling a property.

Exhibitors signed up for the show include major housebuilders, developers, estate agents, brokers, property investment training companies and landlord associations. The UK and overseas markets will be fully represented, with opportunities ranging from the traditional locations of France and Spain, to more far-flung and exotic locations, such as Brazil, Malaysia and Goa.

For the first time ever, this year's show will host an exclusive zone for the Association of International Property Professionals (AIPP), the official body responsible for guiding and regulating the international property industry. The area will feature AIPP members, who are signed up to the professional code of conduct.

There will also be a designated Romania Zone, and, for the second year running, an 'Invest in Arabia' area, along with an extensive and unrivalled seminar programme, of more than 100 seminars, from industry experts.
